Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The item is defective or damaged

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided

⚠️ Hygiene Notice:
Due to the nature of wearable accessories (such as chokers), items that have been worn or tried on are not eligible for return or refund

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Personal preference (style, fit, comfort, etc.)

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

If your request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions
  • A return shipping label may be issued (if applicable)

📌 Return packages must be shipped within 7 days of approval

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will evaluate the issue and offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement (preferred solution)
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (in rare cases)

⚠️ Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors is not covered


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges

If eligible, you may:

  • Return the item (if approved), and
  • Place a new order for the desired product

⚠️ Customized or limited edition items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged


5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval status
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time
  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong item or defect):
    ✔ We cover return shipping
  • For all other cases:
    ❌ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

7. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered”:

  • Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier

⚠️ Once delivery is confirmed, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delivery failures caused by address errors

If a package is returned:

  • Reshipment is possible
  • Additional shipping fees will apply

9. Customs Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections.

⚠️ Delays caused by customs are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds or cancellations


10. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase

After this window:

  • Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed

This is due to our fast processing and fulfillment system.


11. Refused or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or missed:

  • The carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package

You are responsible for:

  • Contacting the carrier
  • Arranging redelivery or pickup

⚠️ Unclaimed packages may be:

  • Returned
  • Destroyed

We are not responsible and will not issue refunds for destroyed packages

Reshipment may be available at your expense


12. Refund Processing Fees

Refunds may include a non-refundable processing fee depending on order status:

13. Refunds After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled or refunded, unless the item is defective or incorrect
